Due to the sheer amount of appeals we receive these days, our response times have been getting slower and slower. Because of this, we are currently working on a new system to handle our ban appeals that will allow us to respond quicker and handle appeals more efficiently.
All currently open ban appeals will be dismissed and you will be required to open a new appeal once the new system is in place. There will be another announcement once the new appeal system is in place.
For now you will just have to take the timeout until the new appeal system is done later this week. Any ban appeals submitted to our Support Ticket system will be deleted without response.
