Im just wondering how it makes sense that if someone has a game ban from 200+ days ago they should be instantly banned when trying to play rust again now on a new account. Anyone know how that makes sense?

In my experience, if there is a player that felt the need or felt like it was right to cheat in a video game 6 months ago, there is nothing stopping them from doing the same thing now. While people do learn from their mistakes, there is also consequences for your actions. The consequences for Moose is not being able to play on our servers for a year.

I personally don't find it to be that outrageous nor do I find it that much to ask of people. Once it's been a year, hopefully you've learned from your mistakes and will correct your ways.
