We want your opinion on upcoming changes to the wipe schedule!

Hey all,

So we've been talking about changing up some of the wipe schedules for some of the servers for a bit now. We want to get the general opinion of the community before we make any decisions. This poll definitely won't be the final decision, but it will help us weigh the options a bit better.

The game has been changing quite a bit recently as far as game play and performance is concerned and we think this calls for changes to our server roster as well.

Keep in mind we haven't made any decisions yet and nothing is final. We're just testing the waters.

Pretty sure Main has gone bi-weekly at least a couple times over the years and the outcome has always been the same. Keep it weekly.

Yeah the poll is mostly for the others. We more than likely won't be touching main. At least not in the current state of the game.

Medium should have a cap on how many a clan can have..  imo

Soo... what you are asking for is instead of Medium being a 200 pop server, it should be 300? @[DBD] Gone

The simple solution here is to increase the Population on main to 400 and change the map from procgen to the "Craggy Island" map.

I hope you guys will only make changes if there is a clear divide. I don’t think it’s right to force a change upon the medium players who want it to stay weekly. Especially after we grinded for days already on bps. If you must make a change do it with a bp wipe

@DiglyAny change that would happen would only happen after a BP wipe.
We aren't so heartless as ro do it mid BP.

@WojakI forgot we dropped Main pop back down to 300.

We should definitely increase it to 301.

2 week wipe for the first 2 weeks of the month, and 2, 1 week wipes for the second two weeks of the month ;3 - low

Other than for the excitement of having a new map, there is no reason to wipe weekly because BPs wipe monthly.

With the new(ish) upkeep/decay system, any bases that are abandoned will despawn anyways so it wont drag the server performance down.

Casual players will complain about longer wipes because it will allow the "full time" players to build massive compounds, but honestly Moose servers aren't exactly for casual players with the high population.

Umm... We have a server exactly like that.
We call it Main. It's exactly like Medium but with a 300 pop.

Could you do like a trio or quad restriction on low pop or happis or something to that effect or I guess even 5 max>? Is it possible and will it hurt pops?

Could you add maybe a duo trio server or something or too much? If the accelerated is always low pop maybe make that duo/trio? I'd play on x2.
